How the Goodyear Blimp explains why nothing can travel faster than lightspeed.

Conventional thinking tells us that everything from light to Volkswagons travel THROUGH space/time, from point A to point B, as particles or solid objects, like a submarine traveling through the water.

But what if that is not how the Universe actually works.

Consider: The Goodyear Blimp. When you’re on the ground and look up to see the Goodyear Blimp, your eyes watch as letters, numbers, and words travel ACROSS the side of the blimp, from right to left.

But after the blimp lands and you walk up to see the blimp very close, what you now see are hundreds of lightbulbs… pixels…that are turning off and on in succession to create the ILLUSION that words are moving across the blimp. Nothing is moving at all. The INFORMATION is “traveling” from right to left, telling Light Bulb A to turn on, then off as Light Bulb B is told to turn on, then off… and so on. On off, on off, on off. The only thing “traveling” is the INFORMATION telling each pixel what to do.

In this Goodyear Blimp scenario, the choices are binary: On or Off.

Now apply this model to our Universe…

Imagine that the very building blocks of our universe are one-dimensional strings as described by String Theory. These little things are literally the things that make everything, including “empty” space.

“Empty space” = one of these strings that has zero vibration waves.

“Light” = strings with one vibration wave.

Instead of “Light” being a particle (photon), instead, it is INFORMATION, that is to say, the information that tells a string to have one single wave is copied to the adjoining strings which take on that wave. The domino effect of this information being copied from string to string to string creates the ILLUSION that “a particle” is moving THROUGH “empty space.” Just like the Goodyear Blimp scenario. But no particle actually exists.

The only information that can transfer faster than “one wave” is “no wave” which = “empty space.” To copy TWO frequency waves takes twice as long as copying one frequency wave in a string. Copying four frequency waves from string to string takes twice as long as that. And so on.

Therefore, anything that is created with strings that have more than one frequency wave cannot match the “speed of light” or surpass it.

For an “object” like a human or spaceship to travel “at light speed” would require that the strings that make up that human or spaceship SHED vibration waves so they take less time to copy. Of course, by the time all the strings that make you YOU shed enough waves in “your strings,” you are no longer you… your strings have all now effectively taken on the property of “light”… that is to say, instead of “your strings” having dozens or hundreds of frequency waves, they all would have to have just one to = “light.”

If you stayed with this idea so far, take it one step further and realize that if the universe is really not much more than a big LightBrite with “pixels” (strings) sharing information but not moving anywhere themselves, then it stands to reason that NOTHING is really the same from moment to moment. The strings that are YOU right at this moment are not the same strings that will be you in the next moment. You are constantly being copied over and over and over…. all the time. From conception to death. Even your dead body is copied until even it breaks down… that is to say, the strings that make your body “your body” also lose “energy” so that the strings shed frequency waves until even those return to a “NULL” state wherein they have zero vibration waves and become “empty space” until a catalyst tells them to take on new INFORMATION/Vibration frequency so they become a new “thing.”

Consider “known science” like The Double Slit experiment through this new paradigm and understand how it better explains the seeming impossibility of “light” being both a particle and a wave. In this model, “light” is neither really. “Light” isn’t a particle that travels THROUGH space. Light isn’t a WAVE either. Instead, “light” is INFORMATION being copied from string to string to string in quick succession… at “lightspeed” to create the illusion that light is a thing moving from A to B. Just like what we experience with the Goodyear blimp.
